Contest Rules: All are welcome to participate, though participants must reside in Northern Illinois to be eligible to win a prize. 

Prize entries must be submitted by Halloween 2024. Voting will last 3 days and the winner will be announced in November. 

To enter, please use your creativity to decorate your pumpkin. You may choose any category:

Spooky. Silly. Sweet Artistic. You choose! There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Winners for both Pumpkin Painting and Pumpkin Carving this year!

Nest Equity Realty reserves the right to withhold entries in the contest if they are in violation of the following: obscenity, graphic violence, discriminatory in nature, or otherwise deemed inappropriate via Nest Equity Realty’s discretion. 

Families participate in this event every year, and we would like to keep it fun and family friendly! 

Nest Equity Realty also reserves the right to disqualify participants who submit pumpkin carvings or paintings that are not their own. Using a photo of a pumpkin carving or pumpkin painting that you did not create is prohibited and will disqualify you from the contest.
