"Sharon helped us list and sell our first home which was on a tight deadline so we could move out of state. Sharon explained the entire process of selling a home to us very thoroughly, she was patient, and made sure all our questions were answered. Sharon also provided us with a referral to an agent out of state that we worked with to buy or new home. She is extremely talented at the art of negotiations and advocated for us 100% percent all the way until the deal was closed.
